Phrenik aka Mike Quiroz is a multi-genre DJ/Producer who has set a high standard in 2012 for Anything ranging from 110bpm Mid-Tempo to 175bpm Drumstep and everything in between. With over 30 career releases on well known record labels such as Heavy Artillery and Simplify Recordings, this standard has Phrenik getting noticed by not only fans, but producers alike. He recently caught the attention of one of the top drumstep artists in US, Figure, leading Phrenik to put out an insanely HUGE remix of “Corpse Grinder” on Figure’s“Monsters Vol. 3″ EP.

His latest release titled “Turn It Up/The Yearning,” which came out on Tuesday exclusively on Beatport, is fresh and ready to be played out on massive sound systems for your eargasm needs. It’s filthy but melodic, proving Phrenik as a unique producer that masters all aspects of what he creates.
