Wolf-e-Wolf - In 3D

Hot off the press today is a brand new exclusive mix from Arkansas Wolf-e-Wolf. Sprinkled with originals and unreleased dubs alongside some of the fattest and most tasteful ‘step of today, this mix shows why Wolf-e-Wolf is quite sought after. Being courted by some big names in the game, 2012 is sure to be the year of the Wolf, as his tunes have received support from the likes of Bassnectar, Borgore, Torqux & Twist, Numbernin6, Bukez Finezt, and Reid Speed. As an added bonus, Mr. Wolf has sent us over some free downloads of his bootleg remixes, including his updated 2011 remix of Ronald Jenkees’ “Stay Crunchy”, which has received hundreds of thousands of plays across the web.

Get Elevated: Datsik + Bassnectar

Datsik and Bassnectar. Hopefully we don’t need to preface these two bass heavyweights. Their reputations aren’t hard to miss. Quality, plain and simple.

Late last year, these two bassheads together dropped Yes on the world. Now they are back with Elevate, a heavy as a ton of nails dubstep tune, complete with some funky pitched down reggae vocals courtesy of Rayvon. Elevate is simply guaranteed to rock dance floors big and small all around the world. Immediately.

The Ill.Methodology

ill.methodology

A master of the production arts, bass architect Ill.Gates finally delivers his second full length LP, entitled “The Ill.Methodology”, slated for release on Muti Music October 3rd (as Muti’s 100th release)! A whirlwind of synthesized subscapes blend perfectly with thick, bouncy drumwork in this 18 track anthology of all things Gates. Teaming up with some of the bass scenes biggest moguls such, Gates explores the spectrum with collaborators such as Bassnectar, Datsik, Opiuo, Samples, Vent, and Ana Sia, just to name a few.

You can preview all of the tracks from the LP at Ill.Gates new website, and don’t forget to keep your eyes peeled for the Ill.Methodology hitting stores October 3rd. To keep us tied over, Mr. Gates has let slip a slamming dubstep tune with Captain Hook, plus a beefed up Bassnectar refix. Get on it!

Hey all you Bwomp-heads out there!

I’m John, otherwise known as Psymbionic, and I’ll be your waiter this evening. What’s on the menu, you ask? BASS! In the future, I’ll be doing my best to keep your bottomless cravings for the BWOMP at least slightly fulfilled. So let’s get to it!

I just came back from a little midwest run, playing some shows and catching some others along the way. Among the names included were Bassnectar, Kraddy, Vibesquad, and MartyParty.. so I figured I’d share some goodness!

Adam Freeland – Do You (PantyRaid Remix) [More PantyRaid] <---- MartyParty + Ooah = PantyRaid

Echaskech – The Storm (Kraddy Requiem Remix) (Changed out the track at artist request — thanks Kraddy!

Pink Floyd – Welcome to the Machine (Psymbionic Remix)

So, let it be known that BwompBeats will return to it’s former reign of bwompiness! If you’ve got some tracks you want blogged up, send ‘em over! Personally, I’m all about interesting music.. dubstep, glitch-hop.. you get the picture! I like things that push the limits, that explore new territory, that don’t just adhere to the same freaking two-step mold we’ve all locked ourselves into. So get to cracking!
