This guy Mike Tompkins uses strictly his voice to loop and build cover songs that have turned him viral with over 400,000 Youtube subscribers and 70 million views. Here he does a mashup of Skrillex’s Cinema remix with Santigold’s Disparate Youth using two microphones, two APC20s, three launchpads and touchOSC on an iPad. I suppose that’s KIND OF impressive.
